Bulverde/Spring Branch EMS to build new station Plans are underway to break ground in May for a new Bulverde/Spring Branch EMS station. Comal County Commissioners Court highlights The April 24, 2020 session of Commissioner’s Court of Comal County opened promptly at 8:15 a.m. County Judge Danny Scheel and Commissioners, Jack Dawson, Precinct 1; Gregory Parker, Precinct 3; and Jan Kennady, Precinct 4, were in attendance.
