Prime outlets unveils renovation and expansion
SAN MARCOS, TX, Prime Retail, Inc., has announced that Neiman Marcus, the luxury fashion specialty retailer, will anchor the new expansion of Prime Outlets-San Marcos with a new Last Call clearance center. Prime Retail is planning an extensive renovation of the existing center along with a 160,000-square-foot expansion with a Grand Opening scheduled for Fall 2005. The Last Call store will occupy 28,000 square feet and is also scheduled to open in Fall 2005.
